We Need Game Masters.

From Dungeon Masters to Keepers of Arcane Lore, we want your storytelling prowess and ability to keep the game rolling to help lead our tables.

GMs are the heart of every table– pumping fun and action into each session. Every good table has a great GM helping lead their players on a journey.

Why Run With Us

We provide resources for GMs to find games, and support them in their development in ways where they actually feel supported by the community.

Run The Systems You Love

Published modules, homebrews, wild indie games nobody's ever heard of... Doesn't matter: we see your vision! Pitch it. If it fits the mission, we'll make it happen.

Real People, Real Support

Tag-team GM peer support, a clear run-of-show, and organizers who actually answer questions. You're never alone out there in the mean streets of TTRPG.

Recognition Where It Counts

Spotlight features on the site and socials, comp access to events, seasonal GM get-togethers. Welcome to a community that knows your name, lore, and legend.

Growth Over Time

Post-event debriefs, new systems workshops, mentoring for GMs who want to push beyond their comfort zone. We invest in the people who invest in us.

What We're Looking For

We score applicants on six criteria. NOTE: Safety is always of the utmost importance.

Must Haves

  • Rules Confidence — Know your system well enough to run without constant handbook breaks. Referencing rules is fine; getting lost in the handbook mid-session isn't.
  • Player Management — You know how to make sure everyone gets their moment, keep energy up, and handle the player that tend to take up all the air at the table.
  • Safety First — Lines & Veils, X-Card, Script Change. These aren't an optional ceiling, they're the floor. You use them without being prompted.
  • Adaptability — Pacing adjustments, story pivots, homebrewing on the fly, and keeping cool when things go pear-shaped.
  • Communication — Professional before, during, and after sessions. Open to critique, and a genuine rep for our community.
  • Culture Fit — You're here for the players. Our community is well diverse, and often new to TTRPGs. A "for-the-players" approach is non-negotiable.

Cool to Have

  • Fluent in multiple systems (especially D&D, Pathfinder, and/or narrative-first games).
  • Public GM experience (cons, LGS events, organized play).
  • Accessibility awareness: cognitive, sensory, or mental/behavioral health experience.
  • Writing, improv, or acting background.
  • Ability to run both published adventures and original scenarios
  • Bi-lingual or experience with multilingual tables.

How It Works

From application to your first session — here's the full path.

Apply

Fill out the form below. Tell us about your systems, your style, and pitch us a scenario.

We Review

Our team goes through every application. You'll hear back within two weeks.

The Convo

A 30-45 minute casual interview. We'll talk experience, safety, and how you handle common table situations.

Onboarding

Offer letter via email, welcome packet with logistics, Session -0 with organizers.

You Run

Your first session at a TTRPGH table. Your GM buddy is there. We're there. You've got this.

We Grow

Post-event debrief, player & GM feedback, and the beginning of an ongoing partnership.

Choose Your Adventure

We have three distinct GM roles — you can fill one, two, or all three depending on your availability and style.

One-Shot GM

Self-contained, single-session adventures. Great for GMs who want flexibility without a long-term commitment. Make a Dexterity check, run one night, done.

Frequency: 1-2x per month
Prep time: 2-4 hrs per session
Commitment: Session-by-session

Campaign GM

Multi-session arcs with recurring players and longer-term storytelling. For GMs with Constitution who want to build and commit to something over time with the same group.

Frequency: Bi-weekly or monthly
Duration: 4-12< sessions
Commitment: Full arc, then reassess

Demo GM

Your specialty is the first session. You run "intro to TTRPGs" nights and make newcomers feel welcome. Wisdom and Charisma are your strongest attributes.

Frequency: 1-2× per month
Players: 3-6 total newcomers
Commitment: Ongoing, community-facing
